Pressure Equipment Directive
Our pressurized tank design and manufacturing process fully comply with the European Pressure Equipment Directive, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
Surgical Stainless Steel
We utilize the highest quality surgical stainless steel, adhering to the stringent hygiene standards of the pharmaceutical industry. Our tanks are crafted from European standard EN 1.4404 (AISI 316L) stainless steel, renowned for its exceptional purity and suitability for pharmaceutical applications.
Customized Flexible Fiings
Pharminox Tanks offer customizable flexible fittings, allowing customers to select from various options. Standard sizes include 1″, 1.5″, and 2″, but larger sizes and custom configurations are also available upon request. This flexibility enables optimal scope for manifold connections, meeting specific requirements with ease.
Exceptional cleanliness
Boasting exceptional cleanliness, our tanks feature an ultra-smooth, non-corrugated interior surface that effectively prevents lime scale deposits. The all-welded construction ensures complete water tightness, maintaining excellent water quality consistently and providing reliable, long-lasting water storage.
High Modularity
With high modularity, our Purever Sales team of consulting professionals is ready to assist with medium-to-large capacity water storage solutions tailored to your project requirements. Whether you need to design for specific height, diameter, or architectural elements, we’re here to guide you through the process and ensure the perfect fit for your needs.
Thickness
In Pharminox tanks, the stainless steel thickness is 1.5 mm when pressurized, which is approximately 80% thicker compared to other manufacturers offering similar capacities and dimensions.
Manifold connectzion scope
Our combined and buffer storage tanks offer a versatile manifold connection scope, accommodating numerous connections for a wide range of applications. With this flexibility, the entire storage tank capacity can be efficiently utilized, ensuring optimal water connections at the top of the tank. This setup enables comprehensive system attachment options and maximizes the utilization of the storage tank capacity.
Quality Control & Testing
During the manufacturing process, all tanks and vessels undergo rigorous quality control checks to ensure compliance with stringent standards. As part of the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) procedures, a comprehensive overall test is conducted, and the relevant documentation is included in the FAT protocols.
No Repair & Maintenance
Unlike non-pressurized or corrugated stainless steel tanks, thicker gauge tanks necessitate minimal maintenance and are easier to repair, even after a decade of use.
Value
While Pharminox stainless steel tanks may initially come at a slightly higher cost compared to standard unpressurized steel tanks, the difference is marginal when considering the lifespan. In the long term, stainless steel proves to be the most economical option, offering the best value for money.
